1.What is Shakti Application ?
ElectoMaze Shakti v3.0 is one solution for your complete Booth Management System where it inherits high-end security with all features that you need for managing your Booth Workers.
2.What is Pramukh Application ?
ElectoMaze Pramukh v3.0 is a complete solution where it inherits all the features of ElectoMaze Shakti with aditional feature of Chulha Pramukh (House Head Strategy) to manage your Booth Workers and the Voters.
3.How can i use it ?
After the system is running online, you can access the information through an online control panel. And the worker's application can be used by any Android or iPhone.
4.Do you provide Training ?
Yes, we do provide training for using the Application. We have free Training sessions online as well as on-site training with custom fees.
5.What is the Minimum Service Contract ?
The minimum service contract is for 1 month.
6.What are the Languages Currently Supported ?
The Web Application Control Panel support only English Language. Whereas the Booth Worker mobile application has multiple language support. Currently mobile application support only English, Hindi and Bengali. Soon we will have more languages in our system.
7.What is the Level of Security ?
The system focuses more on security. It has OTP (One Time Password) and IP Limiter, where you can control the panel access from individual IP addresses.
